Refund and Returns Policy

  • Used Items: Not refundable or exchangeable.

  • New & Unused Items: Return or exchange within 30 days of tracked delivery.

  • Refunds & Exchanges After 30 Days: Not accepted.

  • Defective Products: Guaranteed workmanship; defects or errors get a free replacement.

  • User Error: Generally not accepted due to made-to-order nature.

  • Advertised Image Difference: Allow 20% variation due to lighting or monitor display.

REFUNDS:

  • Conditions for Replacement: Flawed, damaged, poor print quality, or different from site representation.

  • Claim Process: Email info@uglychristmassweater.us with photos for claim review and a free replacement if approved.

  • Successfully Delivered, but Claimed Non-Receipt: Contact local courier or reschedule delivery. No replacements or refunds for successfully delivered items.

OTHER REQUESTS:

  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility; unauthorized or damaged returns not eligible for refund/replacement.
